Everton have confirmed the signing of Oumar Niasse from Lokomotiv Moscow.
The 25-year-old Senegal international has joined the Toffees for a fee of £13.5million after spending the past 18 months in Russia.
Niasse, who has penned a three-and-a-half year deal, arrives at Goodison Park as Everton's third highest signing behind Romelu Lukaku and Marouane Fellaini.
