League Two Port Vale have signed Bournemouth winger Ben Whitfield on loan until January.
The 21 year old is set to link up with the club ahead of their season-opener at Crawley Town on Saturday.
He has yet to make a senior appearance for the Cherries but has previously been on loan at Kidderminster Harriers and Yeovil Town.
