Dnipro winger Yehven Konoplayanka will put himself in the Premier League shop window tonight.
Konoplayanka is set to start for Ukraine against World Cup qualifying opponents England.
He has been linked with Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal in the past , and was subject to a late-window offer from an "ambitious" English club, with that interest is expected to intensify over the next twelve months.
"There was a bid of around £10million from a Premier League club this summer, who we expect to go back in for him in January.
"Dnipro rate the player very highly and have no need to sell, but would expect 20million (£16.8m) for him," his agent James Lippett told the Mirror.
"We know that there are top six clubs in England and also in the Bundesliga that are looking at him for next summer, but we will have to see what happens.
"Of course the player would be very interested in testing himself at that sort of level."
