Dinamo Zagreb want Premier League clubs to enter the auction for Alen Halilovic.
Barcelona have offered €5 million for the midfielder, who has been a long-term target for Tottenham and Manchester United.
The Daily Mail says Dinamo chairman Zdravko Mamic wants closer to £12m for Halilovic but recognises most of that will be offered in instalments.
However, that won't stop Zagreb asking Premier League sides to make them an offer in the hope of triggering an auction.
