Juventus attacker Angel di Maria has ruled out a move to MLS.
Di Maria has signed an initial 12 month deal with Juve after arriving in a Bosman deal from PSG this summer.
"I don't [expect to] to be honest, because I have never contemplated playing in the United States," he said during an interview with ESPN. “I really like MLS and a lot of players from Europe and South America are improving the quality of the league.
“In the last years of my playing career, I would like to play in Argentina with Rosario Central because that's the team I made my professional debut with. But at the end of the day you never know, because a lot of players in their late thirties are still playing in Europe's top tier.
"So you never know, but I have never thought about playing in the United States."
