QPR veteran Shaun Derry knows every player is now on trial for manager Mark Hughes.

Derry says no one is guaranteed a starting spot by the Welshman.

He told the Fulham Chronicle: "Everyone has a point to prove. He has incorporated all of the players in training, and it seems to be that we are judged on what he sees out there.

"Look at Akos Buzsaky, who didn't play that much under the new manager, but has come in and was our hero on Saturday [against Wigan]."
