Derby County defender Michael Johnson is unsure of a return to Sheffield Wednesday.

"I really don't know what is going to happen," he told the Sunday Mirror. "I'm at Derby at the minute and I am enjoying my football here. I'm just going to keep playing and see what happens.

"The gaffer might say he wants me to stay. On the other hand, they might say an offer has come in from Wednesday and it has been accepted.

"If that were to happen, with an 18-month contract on the table, I would be a fool to turn it down.

"We'll just have to wait and see."
