English Championship club Derby County are monitoring former Velje BK defender Euan Holden.

The 22-year old younger brother of Bolton and USA midfielder Stuart is currently a free agent after being recently released by the Danish club and is training with the Rams in the hope of winning a new contract.

Holden played for Derby's reserves against Rotherham United this week and has also recently trialed with Crewe Alexandra.
