Deportivo La Coruna defender Fabricio Coloccini has hit out at his former coach, Joaquin Caparros.

"The coach didn't trust me at the time and I had to respect his choice," said the Argentina international. "Fortunately, I now have someone (Miguel Angel Lotina) who has confidence in me.

"There was no communication (with Caparros). You didn't know where you stood, whether you were doing something wrong. But now I am having a good time in the team."
