After defeat to Manchester City, Clint Dempsey admits Fulham will miss new QPR signing Bobby Zamora.

For Fulham, it was a worrying defeat on a day when former striker Bobby Zamora was opening his account for QPR.

"Bobby can get you goals but he also brought hold-up play to the team and a lot of assists," striker Dempsey told ESPN.

"Bobby is a great player who will go on and do well.

"We will miss him but we have to keep moving forward and make the best of the situation. We will be fine."
