Mousa Dembele hopes Tottenham can keep hold of Gareth Bale.

Dembele is looking for Spurs to stand firm and ensure that key personnel are not allowed to slip through the net.

He told Sky Sports News HD: "He is an unbelievable player, so you never hope that your best player goes. That's my case as well.

"At the club we talk to each other a lot and he is a good guy."
