Demba Ba is backing Chelsea's bid for Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao. Ba insists he doesn't feel threatened by the potential arrival of the Colombian.

"They have to bring in a striker, I work and I am aware of my quality. It will make me better. They can bring in someone, but I won't walk out, I'll defend myself. When I work, I always get my way, seriously.

"Look at all the work I have put into the last seven years, without arrogance, it does not surprise me that I'm here," Ba told RMC.
