Demba Ba is determined to leave Newcastle United in January.

The Sunday Express says Toon have discovered that Ba's advisors have already begun the process to find the striker a new club in the January transfer window.

Ba spent his day off last week in London while his agents spoke with QPR - one of the clubs keen to trigger the £7.5million release clause in his contract.

Arsenal and Liverpool have eyed the Ivorian star.
