Adelaide United defender Iain Fyfe is looking forward to testing himself against Sydney FC star Alessandro Del Piero this weekend.
The Reds take on the Sky Blues at Allianz Stadium on Friday night and the central defender is excited to be plying his wares against the former Juventus striker who already has five goals in his debut A-League campaign.
"He (Del Piero) is a good player and you want to test yourself against the best," Fyfe said.
"He's been fantastic all season, scored two great goals against Brisbane (last week) and kept Sydney in it for a long period of time, so he's a very dangerous player and I'll certainly enjoy coming up against him.
"He's one of those players who at any given moment can do something special, so from a defender's point of view you've got to stay on point the whole game and make sure he's always around you and you're always marking him."
