Daniel de Ridder hopes former Birmingham City teammate Olivier Kapo joins him at Wigan Athletic.

"I have heard the rumours. I hope he comes, he's a great player,'' De Ridder told the Birmingham Mail. ‘‘If not, that's OK. But let's not get into that. All I would say that if he wants to join Wigan, then why not?"
