Siem de Jong hopes Newcastle United can find some managerial stability.
De Jong saw Alan Pardew leave in midseason for Crystal Palace.
He told the Evening Chronicle: "It's been a bit of a crazy season, partly because of the manager leaving, which I didn't expect.
"And next season it could be another manager or the manager we have now, you just don't know. It doesn't really matter too much who is coach - I just have to get fit. I just want to be able to play and get the buzz of playing again.
"It's a nice club and England is a terrific place to play. It's nice to have seen it all but after a couple of weeks you'd rather be on the pitch playing.
"When you're injured you don't want to watch as much football anymore. I watch all of our games, of course, but not much other football. It's almost too difficult to do."
