Chelsea midfielder Kevin de Bruyne is expected to make a £16m move to German club Wolfsburg in the next 48 hours, reports BBC Sport. The Belgium international, who spent last season on loan at Werder Bremen, has started just five matches since joining Chelsea from Genk in 2012.
The 22-year-old is expected to sign a five-year deal and his fee could rise to close to £20m with add-ons.
De Bruyne's sale will allow Chelsea to pursue a deal to re-sign midfielder Nemanja Matic from Benfica.
