DC United captain Jaime Moreno says he is uncertain about his playing future. The MLS's career leading scorer is keen to go on again next season but is unsure whether there is a place for him at DC.
"I don't know where, but I feel like I still have it," said the 35-year old.
"I've been pretty healthy this year. I'm actually feeling better than a lot of years.
"Definitely, I'm not retiring. It would have to be a critical injury to retire, so my mind is to keep playing. I have to wait and see what happens.
"I am not going to close the door and say not in MLS, but that would be something very hard just because of all the years I have been in this organization."
Moreno kept his cards close when asked about his prospects about linking up with former DC United coach Peter Nowak at expansion club Philadelphia Union who enter MLS next season.
"I know Peter pretty well," Moreno added.
"I'm sure he has got different plans. Like I said, for me it's just basically to play in D.C. If not, I will have to look somewhere else."
