Fulham midfielder Simon Davies is delighted to have established himself in manager Lawrie Sanchez's first team.

"It's a big confidence boost," Davies told fulhamfc.com. "You're always wary when a new Manager comes in, but you just have to get your head down and work hard. I'm sure all players believe in their own abilities and that's exactly what I did. I felt that if I worked hard enough I'd be good enough to get in the team and it gives you a confidence boost when the manager plays you every week."
