Sunderland striker Danny Graham hopes he features in the plans of the next manager to take charge of the Black Cats.
The 29-year old striker spent the initial part of the season on loan at Wolves but his best spell of the season came after the arrival of Dutch manager Dick Advocaat when he started four of the final five matches of the Premier League season.
"If someone comes in, hopefully we all have clean slate and we all have to fight for the jersey on the first day of the season," he said.
"Whatever happens I am sure everyone will be looking forward to another season in the Premier League.
"It's been nice to be involved at this stage. The most important thing is that it wasn't just about me, it was the whole squad, the whole team. Whoever has played has tried to make sure we stayed up, it has been good to get a run of consecutive games. I just want to come back now and whoever the manager is, make sure I am in his plans."
