Liverpool's summer transfer plans are being kept very quiet by manager Kenny Dalglish. The Anfield club already brought in a dangerous, and expensive, strike duo of Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez in January and there have been calls to add even more quality to an under-achieving squad.
The future of two of last year's signings, Christian Poulsen and Milan Jovanovic, are in doubt but Dalglish did want to get into transfer speculation when speaking ahead of this weekend's clash with Newcastle United.
"We won't speculate on what we are going to do in the summer," said Dalglish.
"There will be a bit of movement in and a bit of movement out. That's a fact of life and everybody knows that.
"But it's not worth commenting on all the names appearing in newspapers - some of the people I don't even know."
