Chelsea have struck personal terms with Fiorentina star Juan Cuadrado. Blues officials are confident they've reached an agreement with Fiorentina over a fee for the Colombian.
The Telegraph says Chelsea are set to pay £23.3m up front for the 26-year-old, with bonuses adding up to meet his £26.8m release clause.
Cuadrado is expected in London today for a medical as they look to get the deal completed by the weekend.
Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah could also move in the opposite direction as part of the deal - despite a loan move to Roma being agreed in principle.
