Crystal Palace are optimistic about the fitness of key defender Marc Guehi this month.

The London club are distraught to learn that they will be without Guehi for any amount of time, given their relegation struggles.

However, The Mail states that Guehi will miss a maximum of three weeks with a knee injury.

He sustained the injury in the drubbing Palace suffered against Brighton on Saturday.

Roy Hodgson's side are also dealing with the recurrence of a hamstring injury for Michael Olise.

The young winger, linked to Manchester City and Chelsea in the summer, had only just returned from the same problem.
