Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew has confirmed that skipper Mile Jedinak is a doubt for the weekend's Premier League clash with Chelsea.
Speaking after the 4-1 extra-time win over Shrewsbury Town in the second round of Capital One Cup on Tuesday night, Pardew revealed that Australian international Jedinak was forced off with a hamstring problem five minutes into the second half.
"I'm a little bit worried about the skipper, he might have done a hamstring, but we'll have to wait and see," he said.
Pardew, though, confirmed the availability of goalscorers Dwight Gayle and Wilfried Zaha.
He added: "Dwight Gayle came off just as a precaution because he was cramping up, and Wilfried Zaha the same.
"So those two will be okay for the weekend."
