Peter Crouch says Sandro doesn't speak any English - but is still one of the most popular players at Tottenham.
Spurs fans are now seeing the best of the former Internacional star.
Crouch told Absolute Radio: "Well, do you know what, he's a great lad, absolutely a great lad around the place, you can tell, he's lively, he's bubbly. He speaks obviously to Gomes, but he tries really hard with the English boys as well. I mean, we're all really pleased for him because he's such a great lad, and like you say, he seems to have found his feet and he really seems to be kicking on.
"I think both of the Milan games actually he was fantastic, and hopefully we'll have a lot more of that."
