After just five games at the helm Nottingham Forest boss Steve Cotterill insists he knows exactly what the Championship clubs strengths and weaknesses are. The former Portsmouth boss has won three and lost two of his games in charge.
"I know exactly where we are. I have found that out in a short space of time. I know where we are with everything," Cotterill said following defeat to former club Pompey on his return to Fratton Park on Saturday. "I don't want to be too open or too public with my thoughts, but I do have an idea of where I would like to tinker with things now.
"We have to work with what we have got, generally. I knew that when I took the job on. But there is still not a lot wrong with us. We played well against Portsmouth and we absolutely did not deserve to lose 3-0.
"I am working extremely hard with the players and they are working extremely hard for me and the staff. We need to focus on the positives."
