Inter Milan defender Ivan Cordoba says teammate Mario Balotelli needs to buck up his ideas.
In the stands for the victory over Livorno, Balotelli didn't celebrate Samuel Eto'o's two goals as the Nerazzurri won 3-0.
"Mario is very young. Unfortunately he is getting things wrong," Cordoba explained.
"We are trying to help him with the good and the bad, because we have greater experience and he should listen to us. He is not a bad lad. We need to help him and he has to understand that we are giving him advice.
"If he has difficulties with the boss then this should not create problems for the team. Mario can resolve these problems with Mourinho on his own.
"On the pitch we have to fight for the group. If he does so then Inter can count on a very strong player."
