Villarreal will host Real Madrid and Barcelona have been drawn away against AD Cueta in the last 16 of the Copa del Rey.
Barça needed extra time to win their round of 32 tie 4-3 in Alicante on Wednesday to set up a trip to Cueta, which borders Morocco, later in January.
Elsewhere, Real Madrid were drawn at Villarreal, where they were beaten in LaLiga on Saturday, and Atletico Madrid will travel to second division Levante.
