The 28-year-old joins David Clarkson, Steven McGarry and Paul Quinn in committing their futures to the club which is enjoying a successful season under Mark McGhee.
"I'm just delighted to have got things sorted," beamed Lasley. "I have never hidden the fact, both publicly or privately, my wish to stay at this club.
"Motherwell have been so important to my football career and I love the club and the place.
"We have a chance of achieving something big this season," he added.
