West Brom matchwinner Conor Townsend was delighted to score a first goal for the club in victory at FA Cup opponents West Ham.
Townsend's rasping early strike proved enough to send the Baggies through to the fifth round, although the Championship leaders had enough chances to win by a much bigger margin.
“It's nice to finally get one," said Townsend.
“I don't hit too many to be fair. I could probably do with shooting more but it opened up and I thought, 'why not' and luckily it's gone in.
“18 months I've been here and it's nice for it to be the winner, but as a team I thought we were brilliant."
