AS Roma captain Daniele de Rossi wants to play on next season.
It was announced this morning that De Rossi will leave Roma at the end of this term. A media conference is slated for 12:45pm today which will be attended by De Rossi and new chief exec Guido Fienga.
Roma tweeted on Tuesday morning that their home match against Parma on May 26 would be De Rossi's final game at the Olimpico. It was also confirmed the 35-year-old would not be retiring as he 'plans to pursue a new adventure away from Rome.'
Roma were willing to offer De Rossi a front office role, but the midfielder isn't ready to hang up the boots.
