Columbus Crew has announced the signing of Costa Rican striker Jairo Arrieta.

The 28-year old will join from Deportivo Saprissa when the transfer window opens on June 27.

Arrieta, who has represented Costa Rican at both youth and senior level, comes to the Crew after scoring 45 goals for Saprissa over the past few years.
