Former Liverpool striker Stan Collymore feels Tottenham should sell Emmanuel Adebayor in the summer.

Collymore wrote in the People: "I've interviewed Emmanuel Adebayor a couple of times and he is a lovely man as well as being a very good footballer.

"He has everything you want in a central striker. But I don't think those managers who got six months out of him and then saw him fall woefully short were wrong to get rid of him.

"If I were Tim Sherwood I would be thinking about milking every last drop out of him at Spurs this season before flogging him to whoever is willing to pay the most in the summer."
