Everton captain Seamus Coleman feels manager Carlo Ancelotti and the club is a perfect match.
He believes little changes on the training ground, and on the pitch, have already shown Ancelotti to be a world class manager.
Coleman told evertonfc.com: “He's come here and probably seen how ambitious the club is and that it's matched his hunger.
“Carlo and his staff have come in and been great. He is a great man.
“He is very approachable and very humble. Just the little bits he's done in training and in a couple of the games – little tweaks he's made – you can tell he is a world-class manager.
“[His appointment] shows the direction the club is going in.
“There has to be excitement, but we have to get the results on the pitch now."
