Chris Coleman has agreed in principle to replace the sacked Iain Dowie as the next manager of Coventry City, according to reports.
The former Fulham manager has been out of work since parting company with Spanish outfit Real Sociedad in January.
And Sky Sports News reports that a deal is on the cards for him to take over at the Ricoh Arena, although the appointment is still to be officially finalised.
The Sky Blues dismissed Dowie last Monday with new chairman Ray Ranson claiming he wanted a more modern approach.
Coventry are currently 20th in the Championship table, just four points above the relegation places.
