Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole says Lille teammate Eden Hazard is the best young player he has ever seen. The Belgian is a target for Liverpool, along with Arsenal and Real Madrid.
Cole told L'Equipe, "Everyone is talking about him in England. Hazard is the best young player I have ever seen at such an age.
"He has everything to become one of the best players in the world."
