Claudio Ranieri has announced he's leaving Sampdoria.
The Samp coach comes off contract next month and hints at disagreements with president Massimo Ferrero.
"I have already told the team that I will not remain for another year," he told the club's official website. “There aren't the right content and conditions to stay.
“I want to greet and thank the fans. I hope they liked me as a coach."
Sampdoria are currently ninth in Serie A with one match left this term.
“I want to thank everyone. The players were wonderful," he continued. “Especially in a moment like the lockdown, at the end of which we secured safety.
“This year we fought and fought, we played many good games, some bad, but that's football. I want to thank my players with all my heart."
