Lee Clark fears losing his job at Birmingham City when the club changes hands.
The Mirror says Clark believes he will not be in Solihull businessman Gianni Paladini's plans if the former QPR chairman's buy-out of the troubled Championship club succeeds.
Clark has been battling on, and it is thought the cash-strapped side do not have the money to sack him anyway.
