Lee Clark says keeping Birmingham City in the Championship is his greatest achievement.
Brum's draw with Bolton Wanderers kept them safe.
"Keeping this club in the Championship is the biggest achievement I've done as a player, coach or manager because of the scenario around the club and the parameters I've had to work with," Clark stated.
"We've picked up some tremendous young players from the lower league and given them the opportunity to express themselves in the Championship.
"They've done that on numerous occasions but what they've lacked is the consistency.
"That's why they'll flourish now. They can use this as a motivation to never let it happen again. But we need help."
