Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony has been ruled out of Ivory Coast's World Cup qualifiers due to a hamstring injury.
The 26-year-old limped out of the goalless draw against Aston Villa, and he will now miss the double header against Liberia.
Confederation of African Football (CAF) confirmed the news on Wednesday that the striker will not be involved in the games on Friday and Tuesday.
