Former France striker Djbril Cisse says Hatem Ben Arfa had the talent of PSG star Leo Messi.

Ben Arfa played for PSG, himself, while he also spent time in England with Newcastle United and Hull City.

The 34 year-old is now facing retirement as he seeks a new club.

Former Liverpool striker Cisse says: "Technically, Hatem ... I may seem crazy but I think Ben Arfa at a good level is as good as Messi.
