Rumours are circling about Mexican club Deportivo Guadalajara forcing out forward Jesus Padilla.

The 22-year old Mexican recently joined MLS club Chivas USA and there is talk that his former club were unhappy about the fact he was actually born in the USA.

CD Guadalajara pride themselves on using only Mexican-born players, meaning the San Jose native was an 'outsider' at the club.

Despite being born in America, Padilla's parents were both born in Mexico.
