Chelsea midfield ace Frank Lampard says Brazil would love Manchester United's Wayne Rooney to lead their line.
Fabio Capello's World Cup-bound squad take on the world champions on Saturday in Qatar.
Lampard told ZOO magazine: "We should believe in ourselves because personnel-wise, our players have the talent to match anyone - including Brazil.
"We've got top, top players, some of the best in the world. You're talking about Wayne Rooney, Steven Gerrard, John Terry and Rio Ferdinand.
"Those guys could be compared to any player in the world and I am absolutely sure Brazil would want them in their team."
And when pushed to say who he thought was top of the list, Lampard added: "I would say Rooney because he is the one who can make special things happen.
"He's the most talented guy in our team and the best I've played with for England. He can create and score goals out of nothing.
"John Terry is the best defender I have ever played with and Steven Gerrard has got everything, he's a complete midfield player, the stand-out one in England."
