Chelsea ace Eden Hazard feels both proud and relieved after helping the Blues win the Premier League title on Sunday.

By defeating Crystal Palace 1-0 at Stamford Bridge, the west London club held aloft the trophy for the fourth time in Premier League history.

The Belgian scored the only goal of the game heading home on the rebound after his penalty was saved by Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni.

Hazard said to Sky Sports: "It's amazing. We had to be champions. We are 13 points ahead. We've won the cup, we've won the season now. All of Chelsea is happy today."

Hazard has scored 14 league goals this season and was awarded PFA Player of the Year last month.
