Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien is enjoying his time on-loan at Real Madrid.

Essien is delighted to be working again for coach Jose Mourinho.

"He's a coach, but he's also a teacher and a father. He speaks to everyone man to man and it's something you notice because not a lot of coaches do that. They usually come out, set the tactics…but he does everything," said Essien.
