Didier Drogba says Chelsea pal John Terry needs to look after No1 more.

The striker said: "Terry has charisma, a high status, and, above all, he was able to get his head places where I couldn't get my foot. He is a mental monster.

"Even if he got hit he would pick himself back up and get back to work. He is the only player I have ever seen who plays like that - I don't know how he does it.

"Sometimes I would say to him: 'John, you're either crazy or you're not thinking straight. You're OK right now, but think of your future'.

"That attitude always worked. A real mental fighter.

"As a player you always want to give more. You are a winner and you want to help your team, so sometimes you do more than you should."
