Chelsea are being linked with Arsenal captain Robin van Persie. RAI says Van Persie, who is inside the final two years of his current deal, is a top summer target for Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti.

However, should the Dutch ace refuse to commit to new terms at the end of this season, Inter will face competition from Real Madrid, Manchester City AND Chelsea for their club captain.

It's claimed a bid in January from interested clubs cannot be ruled out.
