The Telegraph says Chelsea are planning a new £20million offer for Germany striker Schurrle.
The European Champions had a £17m bid for the 21-year-old front-man rejected earlier this month by Bayer Leverkusen, who are adamant they want to keep their man.
But the Blues are preparing to test their resolve with another move.
