Chelsea are watching Vitesse Arnhem midfielder Kelvin Leerdam.
The 23 year-old has been outstanding for Vitesse this season after leaving his defensive role for a position in midfield.
His form has come to the attention of Chelsea scouts, with the two clubs enjoying a close relationship. Southampton and Newcastle United are also keen.
Chelsea signed Marco van Ginkel from Vitesse last summer.
