PSV Eindhoven are in advanced talks to sign Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma.
PSV have offered €5 million for Bruma, says Eindhoven Dagblad, but Chelsea are prepared to drop the price if a buy-back option is included in the deal.
Chelsea do not want to miss out on Bruma should his development suddenly accelerate while with PSV.
PSV are currently mulling over the proposal.
